StreetGasm is Europe’s supercar family. Discretion is part of everything we do, including how we handle your data. This policy explains what data we process, why we process it and what your rights are.
Data we process
When you request information or apply for membership, we process the information you provide: your name, email address, optional telephone number and message. We also record the page through which your request arrived so that we can assist you appropriately.
How we use your data
We use it only to contact you about your request and, if you become a member, to administer your membership. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we retain it
Requests that do not result in membership are retained for no more than twelve months and are then deleted. Member data is retained for the duration of the membership and for as long as required by law, for example for invoicing.
Your rights
You can request access to your data or ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@streetgasm.com; we will respond within four weeks.
